TERMS of SALE
The following conditions apply to the sale of items listed on this website:
PAYMENT & DELIVERY
1. All sales will be done LOCALLY in person. The buyer is expected to come meet me at Miyazakidai Station and to pay in cash at that time if the item is acceptable.
2. For items priced ¥20,000 or higher, meeting at a place nearer to the buyer’s home can be arranged.
3. All items are sold “as is,” without warranty. No refund, return or exchange is allowed .
4. The buyer is encouraged to examine and test using the item before buying. In case of musical instruments, you will have a chance both to play and to hear me play the instrument in order to judge its sound and playability.
