Communication

Talking about technical matters is hard enough without doing it in a second language! English is my native language as well as that of all my regular clients. So we are able to deal with difficult situations without the added frustration of a language barrier. Further, I am able to talk about technical matters clearly and in plain English.

Flexibility

When some work needs to be done, we find a time which is mutually convenient. I’m available at various times during the week and most weekends and holidays. We can combine a service call with in-house work, for the sake of efficiency and economy. And with any problem, there’s never just one ‘right’ solution. Together, we work to find the approach that’s best for you.

Though I’m getting paid, my first priority is not my fee, but to help you and- together- to achieve the desired result.
