Talking about technical matters is hard enough without
doing it in a second language! English is my native
language as well as that of all my regular clients. So we
are able to deal with difficult situations without the
added frustration of a language barrier. Further, I am able
to talk about technical matters clearly and in plain English.
Flexibility
When some work needs to be done, we find a time which is
mutually convenient. I’m available at various times during
the week and most weekends and holidays. We can combine a
service call with in-house work, for the sake of efficiency
and economy. And with any problem, there’s never just one ‘right’
solution. Together, we work to find the approach
that’s best for you.
